- Branding and Messaging : Defining your brand values, honing your voice and key messages, articulating your story and working with designers to update your visual identity
- External communications: Writing case studies and marketing materials, engaging with the press, creating films, curating events, creating and launching impact reports
- Internal communications: Raising awareness of CSR programmes or company values internally, through coordinated campaigns
- Digital and social: strategic advice for websites, e-newsletters, and developing online presence, devising creative content for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter campaigns
