From competitor research, to stakeholder interviews, we shaped a picture of what Ella’s was already doing as well as their ambitious future plans and ideas.
I shaped and word-smithed the Mission strategy (in comic sans!), identifying the key areas of strategic priority for the next few years.
I also provided senior counsel to the team working on corporate PR, finding opportunities for Ella’s leaders to talk about the Mission at conferences and in the press, and refining complex messaging regarding nutritional issues.
